KDM-900全自动机械间歇式自动折盒机，纸盒在水平方向自动地打开，产品自投到纸盒里，同时可选用说明书自动投入机构及打印机构，然后自动地关闭纸盒。这 全自动折盒机能适用各行各业，如各种瓶子、PTP（泡罩包装）、固体物品等等。另外可选用热熔胶式自动折盒机

Carton suction lever shall suck the carton to position. |
|

When the carton is moved from 3 to 4, the flap folding plate shall fold the small flap
into the instruction book sucking disk on the opposite side to suck the instruction
book downward and the clamping arm at the lower side shall ascend and pull the
instruction book clamp downward to position. |

The pushing lever shall push the product and instruction book into the carton and
detect at the same time whether or not product is available on the conveying belt. |
|

When the carton is moved from 5 to 6, the stamping wheel shall stamp the number
on the carton. |

After carton is positioned, the flap folding plate will fold small flap inward. |
|

The pressing lever will bend and fold the big flap to one degree. |
|

After the carton is positioned, the flap folding block will fold the front end of the big
flap into the carton. |

After the carton is positioned, flap pressing block 1 will flatten the big flap. |
|

After the carton is positioned, flap pressing block 2 will flatten the big flap. |

Conveying belt will deliver the cartons out continously. |

If no product is loaded in the carton, the cylinder will retract and let the carton fall down.
